How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 57 business days. Express delivery (available in select cities) takes 23 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number or tracking ID.

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we deliver pan-India. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote or rural areas. Cash on Delivery availability also depends on your pin code.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured by Razorpay.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes across India. You can check COD availability at checkout by entering your delivery pincode.

Is it safe to pay online?

Absolutely. All online transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@musco.com or WhatsApp us at +91 73862 04894.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 35 business days. The amount is credited back to your original payment method (UPI/card/bank account).

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are available for size or colour variations, subject to stock availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Are all products genuine?

Yes, all MusCo jewellery is 100% genuine and crafted from high-quality, anti-tarnish materials. Each piece undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

Will the jewellery tarnish over time?

MusCo specialises in anti-tarnish jewellery. With proper care keeping it away from water, perfume, and chemicals your pieces will retain their shine for a long time.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Store your jewellery in the pouch/box provided, away from moisture. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can browse and add items to your cart without an account, but you will need to log in or register to complete checkout. This helps us keep your order history and send updates.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible you may initiate a return after delivery. To cancel, visit My Orders in your account or contact us immediately.

I have not received my order. What should I do?

If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, or it has been more than 7 business days without an update, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 73862 04894 or email support@musco.com. We will resolve it within 24 hours.
